UCI was selected as General Contractor for the construction of a new home owner’s association building, complete with large pool and play areas. We were brought in by our client to assist in pre-construction and budgeting. From there, we were able to successfully deliver this beautiful building to the community.

UCI was selected to assemble the Architectural and Engineering team as well as serve as General Contractor for this complex project.  This multi phased, complete renovation was done while being 50 percent occupied by tenants.  The successful completion was rewarded with the NAIOP Award of Excellence for Building Repositioning Capital Improvement.

UCI was selected by Southworth Development to build a new fitness facility and half way house at Creighton Farms Gold Club.

Through the competitive bid process, UCI was selected as General Contractor for the construction of a new 2 building strip center in Leesburg, Va. One of the buildings is home to Kiddie Academy, which we were also selected to build the interior of the school. The other building was built as a shell spec building.

Through the competitive bid process, UCI was selected as General Contractor for the construction of a new 4 building office condominium park is Centreville, Va. The project consisted of full site development as well as the construction of the 4 multi story office buildings.

UCI also has a long standing relationship with Sport & Health Clubs. To date, we have built and/or renovated 14 clubs in the Washington metro area. We are proud of our long relationship with Gold’s Gyms, which dates back to 1997. We have successfully built over 25 Gold’s in the Mid Atlantic region, ranging in size from 12,000 sf to 80,000 sf.

New build out of corporate office and showroom in a new tilt up building also built by UTICA.  This project was a fast paced build out required to get our client in to their new building on time, which we did.

New build out of corporate office in the historic Army Navy Building in Washington, DC.  The space was first gutted and then a complete build out, including high end finishes for our client.

New build out of family practice suite for new location.  Scope of work included framing, drywall, millwork, sprinkler, MEP infrastructure and finishes.  All work was completed well within the time frame and budget for the client to get space operational.
