Our Projects

UTICA was selected to transform an existing retail space in Bethesda, MD into a full-service butcher shop. The project included the complete demolition of the existing space, along with new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the redesigned layout.

The new space features a customer sales area, service counter, and fully equipped back-of-house operations, including a walk-in refrigeration unit and custom display millwork. The renovation was designed to create a functional, efficient environment that supports both the customer experience and the day-to-day operations of the butcher shop.
