UTICA Contracting was selected to lead the extensive renovation of the Main Clubhouse at Belle Haven, transforming the existing facility through a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation.

The project included:

• Full demolition of the existing patio and façade, along with complete interior demolition of the lower level
• New MEP provisions to support the redesigned interior layout
• Structural renovations, including a new three-story addition and expanded patio
• New men’s and women’s locker rooms featuring steam and sauna amenities
• Renovation of the golf shop and addition of a golf simulator
• A new bar area with custom millwork throughout
• A new dining area featuring a built-in pizza oven and bar

The result is a thoughtfully reimagined clubhouse that brings together updated amenities, expanded spaces, and elevated finishes while supporting the needs of Belle Haven’s members and guests.
