UTICA Contracting was selected by REEF to construct the first phase of the Stay & Play Cottages at Tributer Resort.

The project began with raw land and required comprehensive site development, including mass grading, utility installation, and roadway infrastructure to support the new cottage community.

Phase I consists of eight custom residences thoughtfully designed to provide a luxury resort experience. Each cottage features high-end finishes throughout, including custom cabinetry and millwork, premium hardwood and porcelain flooring, and luxury appliance packages featuring Sub-Zero appliances.

The exterior architecture incorporates a harmonious blend of rustic wood, natural stone, and decorative metal accents, reflecting the character and aesthetic of the resort. Each residence is complemented by a custom landscaping package and includes dedicated golf cart charging stations, providing guests with convenient access to the resort’s amenities and the award-winning Cutalong Golf Course.

Designed with comfort, quality, and craftsmanship in mind, the Stay & Play Cottages offer guests an elevated retreat while seamlessly integrating with the natural beauty of the Tributer Resort community.
