UTICA Contracting was selected by REEF to construct Coopers, the signature dining destination within Tributer Resort.

Designed to support both daily resort operations and special events, the project included the construction of a full-service commercial kitchen serving the clubhouse and restaurant facilities. The space features custom millwork throughout, highlighted by both interior and exterior full-service bars that create inviting gathering spaces for guests.

Interior design elements include a striking floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, custom wood detailing, and premium flooring finishes that enhance the restaurant’s warm and refined atmosphere. A private dining balcony overlooks the main dining area, offering a unique and elevated guest experience.

Additional features include a custom-built wine storage and display cooler, as well as a private dining and conference room designed to accommodate meetings, celebrations, and special events. Together, these elements create a versatile dining venue that blends exceptional craftsmanship with resort-style hospitality.
