UTICA Contracting was selected by REEF to construct the first phase of the Stay & Play Villas at Tributer Resort.

Beginning with raw land, the project required comprehensive site development, including mass grading, utility installation, and roadway infrastructure to support the new residential community.

Phase I consists of seven custom luxury villas designed to deliver an elevated resort experience. Each residence features high-end finishes throughout, including custom cabinetry and millwork, premium hardwood and porcelain flooring, and luxury appliance packages featuring Sub-Zero appliances.

The villas are designed to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, with screened-in porches and private built-in grilling stations that provide guests with comfortable spaces to relax and entertain.

Architecturally, the residences showcase a sophisticated blend of rustic wood, natural stone, and decorative metal accents, complementing the surrounding landscape and resort aesthetic. Each villa is enhanced by a custom landscaping package and includes dedicated golf cart charging stations, offering added convenience for guests enjoying the award-winning Cutalong Golf Course and resort amenities.
