Description: Complete renovation of existing lobby flooring and wall finishes
UCI was brought in by our existing client, Macerich, to replace the entire flooring throughout main lobby to include: demolition of existing flooring, topping slab, installation of temp partitions for pedestrian access. Install mud set marble throughout. We were given a critical deadline and completed the work 5 days ahead of schedule with minimal inconvenience to the hotel guests.
