UTICA Contracting was selected to transform the Wakefield Patio, delivering a complete renovation designed to create a more functional and inviting outdoor space.

The project included demolition of the existing patio, new site improvements, and a massive custom pergola featuring integrated lighting and heaters for year-round comfort.

An exterior custom bar was also constructed with detailed millwork, custom solid surfaces, and TVs. New staircases and custom railings completed the space, bringing together both functionality and thoughtful design.
