UTICA Contracting was selected by Comstock to relocate the Headquarters of Rolls Royce to Reston Station. The buildout consisted of approximately 15,000 square feet of Class A finishes. Custom millwork, furniture, sound booths, demountable glass partitions, and even a replica turbine were the showcase elements for this project. UTICA worked hand in hand with Rolls Royce’s project management team to fulfill their needs along with extensive low voltage and audio visual needs. This project is one of many that UTICA has completed successfully with Comstock at Reston Station.
