Wayne Harper and UTICA recognized by River Bend Club for the many projects completed and years of great service.
In our ongoing relationship with River Bend Club UCI handled the demolition and expansion of the pool / play areas to include zero entry at kiddie pool, splash / slide areas and added more swim lanes for the River Bend swim team. Additionally, UTICA installed custom shade structures in these areas with lighting and sound components. Another element that was added was an outdoor service bar that has become a popular destination for food and drink. Also, we were asked to expand the golf practice facility to include an expansion that allowed for indoor training. This consisted of indoor hitting / training areas with gas fired heaters, lights for swing analysis and operable doors so that weather is not a factor. UTICA also provided various provisions for the indoor simulator.
The last phase was to build the addition/ expansion of the casual dining and bar area. This unique project included many custom features. The structural scope of work consisted of full demolition of the existing casual dining/ bar areas to include new foundations, structural steel, raised patios, light gauge steel framing, and wood rafter framing. Interior components included high-end custom cabinetry and millwork, wine coolers, doors and hardware, and to top it off a custom radius bar overlooking the 18th green. Exterior elements include flagstone patios and walkways, a custom-made fire pit, outdoor grilling area, shade structure, custom railings, and many custom exterior trim elements.
