UTICA Contracting has been selected as General Contractor for the 500,000 square foot Headquarters and Life Sciences Center for EPL Archives in Leesburg, VA. We are happy to continue our long lasting relationship with EPL, which began in 2000. The project consists of 3 large tilt up construction buildings. Building 1, which will also serve as the new corporate headquarters for EPL, has been successfully delivered for occupancy and we are in the planing stages for building 2.
