Established in 1993, UTICA Contracting, Inc. has grown into a full service General Contractor/Construction Manager with satisfied clients throughout many regions of the country. Our expertise includes full design-build services, as well as interior build-out, total building renovation, new construction, and routine building maintenance.

UTICA Contracting works from the basic foundation of honesty, loyalty and integrity.  From this foundation and because of our high standards and our relationships with subcontractors who work by the same essential principles, we continue to make advancements in the construction industry, gaining the respect of those with whom we work.

As a company, we do not simply seek jobs; our goal is to gain clients. We strive to accomplish this by listening to our client’s needs and evaluating how best to facilitate them, thereby creating a winning situation for all involved. UTICA Contracting has been providing construction services and project supervision at Tysons Corner Center since 2008.  What I have enjoyed about working with UTICA Contracting all these years is the fact that they take the time to understand our core business at Tysons; and they provide a level of expertise and partnership to get any type of construction project completed on time, on budget, and with minimal impact to the shopping center.   Even after 9 years of working together, UTICA continues to exceed my expectations at Tysons by completing complex projects, in high traffic areas, within a tight project schedule.
