Construction of the newest One Life Fitness in the DC metropolitan area is nearing completion. This 62,000 square foot, two-story, state-of-the-art facility includes amenities such as a four-lane, twenty-five meter swimming pool, splash area, three basketball courts, tri-level spin studio, extensive cardio area, free weights and hot yoga studio. It also includes spacious men’s
and women’s locker room facilities, a sauna, a 2,500 square foot Kids Club, and full physical therapy facility.
Finishes include bamboo floors, porcelain tile floors and walls, cushioned rubber floors, turf flooring, granite countertops and stone accent walls.
This project is the latest in the long line of fitness facilities UTICA has completed for One Life /
US Fitness.
